The video is sadly no longer available, but I direct you to another of Washington's monster dunks: last season against Duke, he hurdled Greg Paulus. I would say that his nuts hit Paulus in the forehead, but his nuts presumably sailed above the defender's head. I'm sure it's available on youtube, I'm just too lazy to look.
And when I say that the video is no longer available, I mean the one that the OCC posted.
